CJ-12/5000 linear intelligent computer weighing liquid filling machine

This machine adopts PLC program control, can automatically count into the bottle, automatic peeling weighing metering filling. The equipment is dedicated to products with high measurement requirements, such as edible oil, lubricating oil, daily chemical and chemical products and liquid weighing and metering filling with high added value. The machine has a high degree of automation and accurate measurement. Each filling head is equipped with a weighing and automatic feedback system. The filling measurement can be adjusted uniformly or adjusted by single head to ensure consistent measurement. The whole machine is produced according to GMP standard. All kinds of pipelines are connected by quick connection. The disassembly and cleaning are convenient. The contact material parts are made of 316L stainless steel and the rest are made of 304. The equipment is suitable for filling different bottle types and containers. It is a domestic leading linear weighing and filling machine.
