This machine adopts PLC computer programmable control, set light, machine, electricity, sensing, pneumatic execution in one. The material filling adopts sanitary stainless steel rotor pump under the control of servo motor, which can achieve accurate measurement. Adjusting filling specifications and metering is done simply by tapping on the display. The filling metering specification of the rotor pump can be infinite, and the filling volume can be set arbitrarily. The machine adopts an inner bulkhead sealing and edge filling nozzle, which has no dripping and no wire drawing during filling. At the same time, it can realize fast and slow filling in the program. When the material approaches the bottle mouth, it can slow down and slow filling to ensure no splashing and accurate measurement. This machine is a universal filling machine, suitable for filling all kinds of high viscous materials containing particles (viscosity 700-45000cp).
