This machine adopts PLC microcomputer programmable control, set light, machine, electricity, sensing, pneumatic execution in one of the piston volume viscous body filling machine, piston stroke servo motor drive, stroke positioning accuracy, and set the fast slow filling. When the filling volume is close to the bottle mouth, the speed pressure is reduced to prevent the material from splashing and overflowing due to high impulse. The machine has simple design structure, convenient disassembly and cleaning, and is equipped with a set of CIP automatic cleaning device, which is specially used for filling different bottles of food and pharmaceutical products, such as edible oil, preparation, syrup, honey, jam, condiment and other viscous materials.
