This machine adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation mode to meet the requirements of users for various bottle sealing speeds. It adopts high-speed steam injection to reduce the air pressure in the bottle, then turns the flat belt to tighten the bottle cap, and then flushes cold water to cool it to reach a certain vacuum degree. The cap regulator will automatically comb the cap and deftly feed the cap into the cap guide rail. In a very short period of time, the machine will smoothly and accurately complete a series of actions such as "supply cap", "positioning", "upper cap", "jet steam", "sealing" and so on. At the same time, the machine adopts non-contact induction switch (electric eye) control, to achieve automatic supply cover, no cover is to stop the bottle into, to ensure that the work in order, do not damage the bottle or cap. This machine is suitable for the capping of cans, beverages, condiments, medicines and chemical products, and can cap three-spin, four-spin and six-spin screw bottles.
